REGISTRATION & ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION

Registration Information

Registration fees for residents are free of charge and will be covered by our Association.

• The registration fee must be deposited to the bank account specified below. The registration form and proof of payment must be sent to the congress organizing secretariat via e-mail.
• The congress registration fee includes a congress bag, badge, final program, and certificate of attendance.
• VAT (20%) will be added to the fees listed above.
• Registration fees must be transferred to the bank account provided below.

Cancellation Policy

• Registration cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization Services.
• For cancellation requests received before 1 August 2026, 90% of the paid registration fee will be refunded after deducting bank charges of 10%.
• For cancellation requests received after 1 August 2026, no refunds will be made.
• After 1 August 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Accommodation Information

• The rates stated below are offered as a 2-night package (check-in on 10 September, check-out on 12 September).
• For course participation, if additional pre-night accommodation (check-in on 9 September) is requested, an extra fee of 150 € per night will be applied.
• VAT (10%) will be added to the rates listed above.
• The accommodation package fee must be deposited to the bank account specified below, and the payment receipt must be sent to the congress organizing secretariat via e-mail.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

• Accommodation cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization and Tourism Services.
• For cancellation requests received before 1 August 2026, 90% of the paid accommodation fee will be refunded after deducting 10% bank charges.
• For cancellation requests received after 1 August 2026, no refunds will be made.
• After 1 August 2026, only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.

Transfer Services & Fees

• The fee stated above covers round-trip transfer between the airport and the congress hotel.
• Individual transfer requests will be quoted separately.
• Requests for which payment has not been completed will not be confirmed, and all payments must be finalized prior to the event.
• VAT (20%) is not included in the rates stated above.
• For payments made in Turkish Lira (TL), the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (CBRT) effective selling rate on the payment date will be applied.
• Any special transfer requests will be priced separately.

Transfer Cancellation Policy

• Transfer cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Z Event Congress Organization and Tourism Services.
• Cancellations made before 1 September 2026 will be accepted.
• For cancellations made after 1 September 2026, 90% of the paid transfer fee will be refunded after deducting 10% bank charges.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations during the congress period; only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be processed after the congress.
